CVM LogoCleveland Community Voice Mail (CCVM) provides free local voice mail numbers in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties for people in transition or crisis. This program helps people who are in a domestic violence situation, homeless, or who are otherwise without permanent housing or reliable telephone access. It ensures that people receive critical messages from employers, landlords, health professionals, friends and family.

Voice Mail numbers are offered to clients through participating nonprofit agencies. Agencies pay a small fee for their clients to have access. If you are not a client of a participating agency, but qualify for voice mail, CCVM staff will work to connect you.

For more information about how to get voice mail for yourself or your clients, contact us at 216-436-2082 or by email at clevelandcvm@gmail.com. For information on other Community Voice Mail programs throughout the U.S., visit www.cvm.org.
